Police in Kakamega county on Wednesday arrested a 50 year old man suspected of sexually abusing a form four student.
The suspect was found with the minor in his house, an incident that has sparking outrage from residents of Shimanyiro in Kakamega South sub county where the man was arrested.

According to the girls father, he recieved information of the alleged abuse from the area Nyumba kumi leader.
The mater was later reported to the police leading to the arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The minors father has urged the authorities to take action and ensure justice is served.
Nominated MCA Butsotso ward, Ruth Ombayo has condemned the act Warning against private meetings in order to resolve the matter out of law. Stressing the need to allow investigations to be conducted without interference.
